He realizes that a real estate transaction can be an emotional experience and he works hard to ensure that his clients experience the smoothest transaction possible. A resident of Southern California for the last 25 years, Jay has first-hand knowledge of the nuances and unique aspects of each and every of the many eclectic communities and neighborhoods that his clients seek.
Originally a native of Manchester, Connecticut – Jay permanently moved to Southern California at the age of 16. He finds the best aspects of the area to be the diversification of both the environment and the people of California along with their positive attitude toward life. He has a Master’s Degree in International Communication from Pepperdine University. Before real estate, Jay had a successful career in Hollywood as an Actor and Model. After losing everything due to a horrible accident that left him in a wheel chair followed by three years of rehabilitation, his outlook on life is of true appreciation and he brings that gift to the real estate industry and more importantly to each client he works with; clients that he respects and values as individuals. Besides real estate, Jay enjoys hiking, exercise, yoga, travel, nature and the simple company of friends.
