Founded in 1988, West Hills is an enchanting 14-square-mile community located in the western part of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley bordering Woodland Hills, Canoga Park and Chatsworth. Originally part of Canoga Park, the area voted to change the name and establish a new identity which resulted in an immediate jump in real estate values. As a result, other Valley communities followed suit by renaming their communities with the hope of similar increases in real estate prices. West Hills residents also enjoy convenient access to countless popular shopping, dining and entertainment options.
